## Key features

- **Scheduling pages and links:** Share a link to a booking page by email, text or social media, or embed the page on a website inline or as a pop-up.
- **Team scheduling:** Round robin, a Premium feature, distributes meetings across members with pooled availability. Co-hosted meetings show only times when every host is free.
- **Custom intake forms:** Forms collect details at booking with text fields, single and multiple choice questions and checkboxes. They are included on every plan.
- **Reminders and manual approval:** Premium sends automated email reminders before meetings and lets hosts approve or decline each meeting request before it is confirmed.
- **Payment collection:** Premium accounts can charge for a meeting at booking through Stripe or PayPal. Appointlet says it takes no commission on those payments.
- **Calendar and conferencing sync:** Connects Google and Office 365 calendars to prevent double bookings, and creates a unique Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams or Webex room for each meeting.

- There is no mobile app: the FAQ lists Chrome and Firefox extensions and says a mobile app is in development.
- Recurring meetings are not supported, and support is by chat and email with no phone line.
