## Key features

- **One-tap activity tracking:** Tapping an activity's icon starts logging at once, and activities can be paused and resumed. Paid plans let several run at the same time and remove the limit on categories.

- **Pomodoro, calendar and custom fields:** Premium adds a configurable Pomodoro timer with strict mode, countdown timers, copying logged time to the system calendar, and custom fields such as an hourly rate.
- **Sync, web app and AI assistants:** Premium Sync shares data between iOS, Android, macOS and the web app. An open-source MCP server lets Claude and other assistants start timers and fetch reports with a revocable token.
