## Ways to pay less

## Key features

- **Six main views:** Month, week, day, agenda, year and tasks views. The week view stretches from 1 to 14 days with a swipe, and the year view marks busy days with a heat map.
- **Seven home screen widgets:** Month, week, day, agenda, tasks, icon and Day Pro widgets, with 14 widget themes and more than 50 customization options.
- **Tasks next to events:** A dedicated tasks view keeps lists locally or syncs them with Google Tasks. Pro adds priorities, subtasks, repeating tasks and Microsoft To Do sync.
- **Calendar sync:** Uses Android's built-in calendar sync for Google and Exchange, and recent versions add Microsoft and CalDAV accounts. Advanced Outlook sync with categories is Pro.
- **Templates and voice input:** Events and tasks can be spoken in English, German, French or Japanese. Pro users can save templates that include reminders, repetition rules and attendees.
- **Drag and drop and multi-selection:** With Pro, events are moved, copied or deleted by drag and drop, and one action such as move, copy or recolor can be applied to several events at once.

## Good for

- Android users who want more views and widgets than a stock calendar app
- Keeping events and Google Tasks or Microsoft To Do lists in one app
- People who enter the same kinds of events often and want templates

## Worth knowing

- Templates, drag and drop, multi-selection, weather, attachments, print to PDF and the 22 app themes need the Pro upgrade.
- Appgenix's site gives no Pro price; Google Play shows in-app purchases of $1.49 to $8.99 per item with no billing period.
- The free version contains ads, according to its Google Play listing.
