# Doobies

> Daily planner that compares what you planned with what you did

Doobies is a daily planner built around a plan, do and reflect loop. A day is laid out on an hour-by-hour timeline, activities are logged with timers as they happen, and an end-of-day review compares the plan with what took place. It also tracks habits and goals and includes an AI assistant that proposes tasks for approval. The product is in early access, which is joined through a waitlist.

## Key features

- **Timeline day planning:** An hour-by-hour timeline shows what is planned and what is open. Tasks carry priorities, time estimates and notes, and can repeat daily, weekly or on custom schedules.
- **Activity logging with timers:** Activities are logged as they happen with start and stop timers and tagged by category. Interruptions can be marked to show where focus is lost.
- **End-of-day review:** A review sets the plan beside what happened. Planning accuracy, completion rate and time allocation are tracked across days and weeks.
- **Habits and goals:** Habits can be set for every day, specific days or a number of times per week and show streaks. Goals are broken into milestones with progress charts.
- **AI planning assistant:** The assistant turns plain-English requests into scheduled tasks and proposes batches of actions to approve or reject. The terms name Anthropic as the AI provider.
- **Google Calendar sync and templates:** Two-way sync with Google Calendar puts events and tasks in one view, and day and week templates can be saved and applied when planning.

- The vendor's blog says it is free during early access and that pricing comes later; no prices are published.
- The site links to no App Store or Google Play listing; iOS, Android and web support is stated only in a blog post.
- Google Calendar is the only calendar integration the site lists, and accounts are created with Google or Apple sign-in.
