- **Drag-and-drop rota:** Shifts are placed by point and click, drag and drop, or cut, copy and paste, with templates for repeating patterns. Machines, vehicles and other facilities can be scheduled too.
- **Free time clock station:** A web-based time clock records when staff are on site, with location reporting and geofencing to check where people clock in.
- **Timesheets and payroll:** Staff submit the hours they actually worked for approval, and payroll is worked out from hourly rates, rate exceptions, day rates and salaries, then exported.
- **Real-time cost reports:** Hours, shifts and pay for each employee are totalled as the schedule is built, without leaving the rota.
- **Reminders and notice board:** Automatic shift reminders and change notices go out by email, push, Slack or text, and a notice board holds team conversations.
