- **Inbox organizer:** Labels every new email by priority, sorting it into categories such as To Respond, FYI or Marketing, so important messages surface first. Sorting uses credits at 5 emails per credit.
- **Reply drafts in your tone:** Writes reply drafts in the user's own writing style for review in Gmail or Outlook. Fyxer only drafts and never sends email on your behalf. Drafting starts on the Pro plan.
- **Meeting notetaker:** Joins Google Meet, Microsoft Teams and Zoom calls, transcribes them, and produces a summary with action points and a follow-up email draft.
- **Follow-up list and briefings:** Checks emails and meetings for the things that still need doing and keeps a follow-up list. Every plan gets a daily dashboard briefing; the email briefing is weekly on Free.
