# Good Todo

> Day-by-day to-do list for web and iOS that takes tasks by email

Good Todo is a to-do list service from Creative Good Projects for the web, iPhone and iPad. Every day has its own list, todos that will not get done today are redated to a later day, and emails forwarded to a Good Todo address become todos. The vendor says its website uses no third-party trackers. There is no free plan: after a free trial the service is billed at $48 for six months.

## Key features

- **Todos by email:** An email forwarded to a Good Todo address becomes a todo. Addresses such as tomorrow@goodtodo.com file it on a later day, and an email can be sent straight into a category.
- **A list for each day:** Todos sit on the list for a specific date. Redate moves one to another day, and Multi-Redate in the web app moves several at once.
- **7-day and 30-day views:** The web app can show every todo in the next 7 or 30 days under dated headings, and todos can be dragged from one day to another on that page.
- **Categories and recurring todos:** Todos can be grouped into categories with an optional color label, and a todo can recur daily, on weekdays or on chosen days of the week.
- **iPhone and iPad app:** The iOS app syncs with the online account and can create, edit, reorder, redate and search todos, view attachments and email a todo to any address.
- **Export and files:** Todos can be exported from the Preferences page, a recurring email export sends them on a chosen schedule, and a Files page holds attachments and uploads.
