> AI agent builder for teams, with unlimited seats on shared credits

Gumloop is a platform for building AI agents that use a company's connected tools and data, and for running them on triggers, schedules or through an API. Agents can be shared across an organization and used in the web app, in Slack and Microsoft Teams, and in Gmail. The Pro plan is a flat monthly price with unlimited seats and a pool of usage credits, and Enterprise adds admin, security and compliance controls.

## Key features

- **Agents on your tools and data:** Agents work across more than 300 connectors and shared company knowledge, with a choice of 35+ models or your own model API keys.
- **Triggers, schedules and API:** App triggers and recurring schedules start agents automatically, and a REST API can run them from other systems.
- **Skills:** Agents write reusable playbooks called skills, which can be shared across a team and synced with GitHub.
- **Slack, Teams and Gmail:** Agents can be @mentioned in Slack channels and threads, brought into Microsoft Teams chats and channels, and used to draft and triage mail in Gmail.
- **Sharing and permissions:** An agent built by one person can be shared with an individual, a team or the whole organization at owner, editor, viewer or use-only level.
- **Usage-based credits:** Model tokens, compute and paid tool calls are billed at list price in credits worth $0.005 each, plus an 8% orchestration fee, or 16% when you bring your own model keys.

## Good for

- Teams that want non-engineers to build their own agents
- Companies that prefer unlimited seats on one shared credit pool
- Agents that answer in Slack or Microsoft Teams

## Worth knowing

- There is no free plan: new accounts get a one-time 14-day Pro trial that requires a card and converts to paid unless canceled.
- Pro credits do not roll over, and agents stop at 20,000 credits a month unless pay-as-you-go is switched on.
- Bringing your own model API key removes token costs but raises the orchestration fee from 8% to 16%.
- Role-based access control, SCIM and SAML, audit logs, the admin dashboard and data exports are limited to Enterprise.

## Works with
