# Lodgify review (2026): is it worth it? > Vacation rental software with a direct booking website builder Checked Oct 24, 2026 ยท graded Oct 24, 2026 by ToolGPA. Lodgify is vacation rental software for independent hosts and property managers. It syncs bookings and calendars with Airbnb, Vrbo and Booking.com, gathers guest conversations into one inbox, and builds a direct booking website for the properties. Its apps let hosts edit reservations, send quotes and assign cleaning tasks from a phone, and a separate guest app holds check-in details. - **Category:** Vacation Rental Software - **Made by:** Codebay Solutions SL - **Website:** https://www.lodgify.com - **Runs on:** Web, iOS, Android - **Who should skip it:** Watch out: we couldn't read Lodgify's prices, and figures on other sites disagree, so check before you commit. - **Facts last checked:** Oct 24, 2026 ## Pricing Lodgify's current pricing could not be confirmed from its own site. ## Key features - **Channel sync:** Connects Airbnb, Vrbo and Booking.com so bookings land in one place and every channel's calendar updates automatically to prevent double bookings. - **Direct booking website:** Hosts build their own booking website, which is connected to the same calendar and reservations as the listing channels. - **Unified inbox:** Guest conversations from every channel sit in one inbox with saved replies, on the web and in the mobile apps. - **Reservations on the go:** The iOS and Android apps send a push notification for each new booking and let hosts view guest details, edit reservations, send quotes and add notes. - **Tasks for cleaners and maintenance:** Assign tasks and view a task calendar to coordinate cleaning and maintenance staff. The app listing limits this to the Ultimate plan. - **Lodgify Guest app:** A free guest app holds Wi-Fi passwords, door codes, house rules, receipts and rental agreements, plus a pre-check-in form. ## Good for - Independent hosts who want their own direct booking website - Owners of a few vacation rentals listed on Airbnb, Vrbo and Booking.com - Hosts who handle reservations and guest replies from a phone ## Worth knowing - Lodgify's pricing page and help center turned this site's readers away with a bot check, so prices are not recorded; third-party figures disagree. - Task management for cleaners and maintenance staff needs the Ultimate plan, according to the app listing. - The app listings name Airbnb, Vrbo and Booking.com as the connected booking sites. ## ToolGPA grades **GPA: 2.2 out of 4**, graded Oct 24, 2026. Lodgify syncs bookings with Airbnb, Vrbo and Booking.com and builds a direct booking website on the same calendar. We couldn't read its prices, because its pricing page turned our reader away and figures elsewhere disagree. Only those three booking sites are named, and cleaning tasks need the top Ultimate plan. - **Value for money: C.** No price is on record. Lodgify's pricing page turned our reader away with a bot check and third-party figures disagree, so we can't set it against this category's $25.52 middle. Check the price on its site before you sign up. - **Free plan and trial: C.** A 7-day free trial with no card needed. There's no free plan, and a week is short for connecting channels and building a website. - **Features: C.** Channel sync, a direct booking website, one inbox with saved replies, bookings from your phone and a guest app. The gaps show in the listing: only Airbnb, Vrbo and Booking.com are named, cleaning tasks need Ultimate, and no owner statements or pricing tool are on record. - **Ease of use: C.** No app-store rating on record. You connect your channel accounts and build a website before it pays off, so there's setup to do. - **Platforms and integrations: B.** Web, iPhone and Android, with a separate guest app. Its connections are Airbnb, Vrbo and Booking.com, no API is on record, and there's no desktop app. These are ToolGPA's own grades. Graded from this listing, whose facts were read from Lodgify's own pages and app listings on 24 October 2026. Lodgify's pricing page turned our reader away with a bot check on 24 October 2026, so no price is on record. Not based on using the product, and shorter than our full reviews. ## Where it stands among vacation rental tools - Lodgify's GPA of 2.2 is higher than 2 of the 10 other vacation rental tools we grade, and level with 2. - It stands best on platforms and integrations (B, above 0 of 10) and worst on features (C, above 0). The category's chart of price against score: https://toolgpa.com/charts/vacation-rentals ## Keep it, or make your own? **Keep it.** To replace Lodgify you would be making two-way connections to Airbnb, Booking.com and Vrbo. That is not a weekend's work, with an AI app builder or without one. That makes this kind of software worth paying for, not this one in particular: 6 of the 10 other vacation rental tools grade higher. - You could make: Tasks: an app builder makes this well. - You could not: Two-way connections to Airbnb, Booking.com and Vrbo. - You could not: One mailbox that several people work at once. - You could not: A real app for iOS and Android. Something home-made would be a web page. A judgement by ToolGPA from this listing, by rules that are the same for every tool. Nothing was built to test it. ## Works with Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com **Tags:** Channel manager, Shared inbox, Tasks ## Alternatives - [Guesty](https://toolgpa.com/tools/guesty): Property management software for short-term rental hosts and managers.
