- **Kanban project boards:** Tasks sit on boards with customizable sections and carry attachments, comments, due dates, tags and watchers. The Basic plan allows 3 projects.
- **Notes knowledge base:** Shared notes are built from content blocks, grouped into folders and written together in real time. Basic allows 5 notes; paid plans have no limit.
