## Key features

- **Reminders that repeat by weekday:** Each nudge has a time of day and repeats on any day or mix of days of the week, such as every day, weekdays only or weekends.
- **Sounds and a 5-minute warning:** A nudge plays a sound picked from a built-in library, from short and subtle to loud, and an optional warning bell can ring 5 minutes ahead of it.
