SalesRabbit is a field sales platform for door-to-door and outside sales teams in roofing, solar, pest control, home security and similar trades. ## Ways to pay less

- **Lower per-user prices with annual billing** (Annual discount): SalesRabbit Pro is $49 per user a month billed annually against $75 billed monthly, and add-ons such as DataGrid AI drop from $31 to $19. Source: https://salesrabbit.com/pricing/

## Key features

- **Canvassing and lead map:** Reps drop leads on a map, mark their status door by door, take notes and filter by status, availability or opportunity.
- **Territories and rep tracking:** Managers draw sales territories, see where reps are in the field, and plan multi-stop routes.
- **Appointment Manager:** Setters book appointments for closers with calendar integration and reminders; included in Pro and Enterprise.
- **Amplify analytics and gamification:** Leaderboards, analytics and scorecards on Team; Pro adds competitions, a rewards store, battles and XP levels to motivate reps.
- **DataGrid AI and Mover Leads:** Paid add-ons that give each home and area a machine-learning buyer score and map households that have just moved.
- **Digital contracts and weather:** Add-ons for building forms and collecting e-signatures in the field, and for weather overlays and storm history reports.

## Good for

- Door-to-door sales teams in roofing, solar, pest control and home security
- Managers who want to assign territories and see reps in the field
- A single canvasser who wants a free lead map and route planner

## Worth knowing

- Every paid account needs an implementation package (Basic, Guided, Premium or Custom) whose price is not published, and contracts run one to three years.
- Add-ons cost extra per user a month: DataGrid AI and Weather $19 billed annually ($31 monthly), Mover Leads and Digital Contracts $13 ($20 monthly).
- There is no free trial of paid plans, and charges are not refunded for a cancellation in the middle of a billing cycle.
- RoofLink, SalesRabbit's roofing CRM, is a separate product at $120 per user a month; the free Lite app works only on phones, without the web app.

## ToolGPA grades

**GPA: 2.0 out of 4**, graded Oct 18, 2026. SalesRabbit is built for knocking on doors: reps drop leads on a map, plan routes and book appointments, while managers draw territories and watch the leaderboard. A solo canvasser can use the Lite app for free. Teams pay $49 a user a month on a contract, plus a setup package with no published price.

- **Value for money: D.** Graded against its own alternatives, as it's a field sales tool. Pro is $49 a user a month billed yearly ($75 monthly), about twice Salesforce's $25 and over three times Pipedrive's $14. Every paid account also needs a setup package with no published price, on a 1 to 3 year contract.
- **Free plan and trial: C.** Lite is free for good for one person on a phone, with the lead map, appointments and routes. But there's no web app, no team, and leads left untouched for 90 days are deleted. No trial of the paid plans.
- **Features: C.** It does the canvassing job fully: lead maps, territories, rep tracking, routes, setter-to-closer booking and gamification. That's a smaller job than a CRM's, though, and buyer scores, mover leads and digital contracts are paid add-ons.
- **Ease of use: C.** No App Store rating on record. Every paid account comes with a required implementation package, which tells you there's real setting up before the team is knocking.
- **Platforms and integrations: B.** Web, iPhone and Android, with Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho, JobNimbus, AccuLynx, CompanyCam, Zapier and an API on Pro. There's no desktop app, which keeps it off an A.

## Keep it, or make your own?

**Keep it.** The plain part of SalesRabbit you could make: appointment booking and reports. What surrounds it you could not. The 4 things listed below take a company, not a weekend. That makes this kind of software worth paying for, not this one in particular: 45 of the 48 other CRM tools grade higher. It costs $588 a year.

- You could make: Appointment booking and reports: an app builder makes these well.
- You could not: A real app for iOS and Android. Something home-made would be a web page.
- You could not: It is priced for each person, which means accounts and billing for a team.
- You could not: It plugs into other products, Salesforce, HubSpot and Pipedrive among them, and has an API.
- You could not: AI features, unless you pay a model provider for each request yourself.

A judgement by ToolGPA from this listing, by rules that are the same for every tool. Nothing was built to test it.
