- **Custom data model:** Create custom objects, add fields from more than 20 field types and relate any objects to each other. Objects, fields and records are unlimited on every plan.
- **Table, kanban and calendar views:** Any object can be shown as a table, a kanban board or a calendar, with AND/OR filters, multi-field sorting, grouping and saved views.
- **No-code workflows:** A visual builder automates processes triggered by record changes, schedules, manual actions or incoming webhooks. Cloud Pro includes 50 workflow credits a year on yearly billing.
- **Email and calendar sync:** Connect Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 mailboxes and calendars; emails and events attach to the matching people and companies, and you can send email from Twenty.
- **AI agents and MCP server:** AI agents answer questions, enrich records and run multi-step tasks within your permission model. Cloud workspaces ship with an MCP server for assistants such as Claude and ChatGPT.
- **API and apps framework:** REST and GraphQL endpoints follow your custom data model, with webhooks. Developers can ship objects, server logic and React components as TypeScript apps.
