## Good for

- PPC and SEO agencies proving to clients which campaigns produce leads
- Businesses that get leads by phone, form and chat and want them in one list
- Franchises tracking marketing for many locations

## Worth knowing

- Usage past the included credit is billed: extra local numbers are $2.50 each, local minutes 4.5¢, toll-free numbers $3.50, toll-free minutes 6.5¢ and texts 3¢.
- Call transcription costs 2¢ a minute, and forms, chats and transactions past the included amount are 10¢ each.
- Single-account plans cover one business; tracking several clients needs the unlimited-account plans from $500 a month.
- White-labeling the dashboard and emails is $50 a month extra on every plan.

## ToolGPA grades

**GPA: 2.4 out of 4**, graded Oct 18, 2026. WhatConverts tracks calls, texts, forms, chats and sales back to the campaign and keyword behind them, then lets you qualify and value each lead. The $30 single-account plan comes with $30 of usage credit. Google Ads and Analytics links need Plus at $60, and agencies with several clients are pushed to plans from $500.

- **Value for money: C.** Graded on a small business with 5 numbers and about 500 minutes a month. Call Tracking is $30 a month with $30 of usage credit, and 5 local numbers at $2.50 plus 500 minutes at 4.5¢ come to $35 of usage, so about $35 in all. But the Google Ads and Analytics links need Plus at $60, about $65.
- **Free plan and trial: C.** No free plan. There's a 14-day free trial, and the listing doesn't say whether it wants a card.
- **Features: B.** Call, text, form, chat and transaction tracking by source, campaign and keyword, a lead list where you qualify and value leads, scheduled reports on Pro and the full customer journey on Elite. It covers the whole job, with numbers in about 40 countries.
- **Ease of use: C.** No rating on record. Numbers, dynamic number insertion and form tracking all need setting up, and the usage credit takes some working out.
- **Platforms and integrations: B.** Web only, with no desktop or phone app. It connects to Google Ads, Google Analytics, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, HubSpot CRM, Looker Studio, AgencyAnalytics and Jobber, and has an API on every plan.

## Keep it, or make your own?

**Keep it.** To replace WhatConverts you would be making phone numbers that change for each visitor so every call is traced to its source. That is not a weekend's work, with an AI app builder or without one. It costs $360 a year.

- You could make: Reports: an app builder makes this well.
- You could not: Phone numbers that change for each visitor so every call is traced to its source.
- You could not: Speech turned into text you can trust.
- You could not: It plugs into other products, Google Ads, Google Analytics and Bing Ads among them, and has an API.
- You could not: The depth: we grade its features B, which means it covers the whole job.

A judgement by ToolGPA from this listing, by rules that are the same for every tool. Nothing was built to test it.
