## Key features

- **Signature studio and AI designer:** Build a signature in a drag-and-drop editor from templates, or have the AI designer draft one from a prompt or logo. The AI designer is not on the Free plan.
- **Directory sync and auto-install:** Connects to Google Workspace or Microsoft Entra to add new hires, keep names and titles current and install signatures without each person doing it.
- **Client-side and server-side deployment:** Signatures go out through the Chrome extension, an Outlook add-in or the desktop app, or from the server on Platform and Enterprise so they apply on every device.
- **Banner campaigns and analytics:** From Grow, schedule clickable banners in staff signatures and track impressions and clicks. Branded short links carry UTM tags.
- **Surveys in the signature:** Embed one-click NPS, CSAT or custom surveys in signatures and have AI Insights summarize the answers. Platform can import results from other survey tools.
- **Rules and disclaimers:** Lock legal disclaimers by department or region and send a shorter signature on replies and forwards. Targeting rules start on Grow.

- The Free plan works only with personal webmail, not a company domain, and adds a WiseStamp line under the signature.
- Basic, Grow and Platform charge a base fee plus $1 per employee a month, with a minimum of 3 seats; prices shown are billed annually.
- Server-side signatures, which apply on phones without any setup, need Platform at $189 a month plus seats.
- The pricing page's FAQ says there is no free version, while the help center describes the Free plan in detail.

The catch is the price ladder: one person pays $9 a month, banners need Grow at $49 plus $1 a head, and signatures that appear on phones with no setup need Platform at $189 plus seats.

- **Value for money: C.** Pro+ is $9 a month billed yearly for one person, plus $2 for each added member, so a team of five pays $17, about $3.40 a head. That's above this category's middle of $2.33 and under the dearer quarter at $6. Banners start on Grow at $49 plus $1 a person.
