- **Visual workflow builder:** Workflows are assembled from drag-and-drop steps: triggers, conditions, forms, approvals, documents and integrations. Long processes can be split into reusable subflows.
- **ZAIA workflow assistant:** ZAIA drafts a workflow from a plain-English description or an uploaded process diagram, and explains which step of a broken workflow failed and how to fix it.
- **AI steps and agents:** Gemini, OpenAI or Claude models extract, classify and summarize inside a workflow. AI Studio builds agents that staff talk to in Google Chat and that trigger workflows.

- Plans are sized by flows: 10 on Pro and 30 on Ultimate. Extra capacity is sold as Flow Packs, priced on request.
- Runs are not metered, but the Fair Use Policy sizes Pro for 3,000 flow runs a month and Ultimate for 9,000.
- AI steps use your own AI provider account or Zenphi AI credits, and document AI services such as invoice parsing are charged per page.
