Nuestro top 3 de herramientas de firma electrónica y propuestas

The first two are close. BoldSign comes first because its free plan covers 25 envelopes a month and its paid plans give more envelopes for less. Zoho Sign runs on more devices, Mac and Windows included, and signs with digital certificates. OpenSign is third for unlimited free signing or hosting it yourself. Docusign is just outside: its iPhone and iPad app averages 4.9 from about 830,000 ratings, but it has no free plan and Standard is $30 per user a month on an annual plan, for 100 envelopes per user a year. Proposal tools such as PandaDoc are built for quotes, not plain signing.

  1. Primero: BoldSign

    Plan gratuito · desde $5/mes

Para: Most people, from one sender to a small team

BoldSign's free plan gives one user 25 envelopes a month and 2 templates, with signer authentication, reminders, an audit trail and the iPhone and Android apps. Growth is $5 per user a month billed yearly ($15 monthly) for 50 envelopes per user a month, and Business removes the envelope limit at $15 per user billed yearly ($25 monthly). Nonprofits get Growth free. Know the limits: bulk send, SMS and WhatsApp delivery, ID checks and the Salesforce integration are charged on use, the API is a separate plan from $30 a month, and its app has no store rating on record yet.

  2. Segundo: Zoho Sign

    Plan gratuito · desde $10/mes

Para: Teams on every device, and anyone who needs digital certificates

Zoho Sign runs on the web and has apps for iPhone, iPad, Android, Mac and Windows. It signs with Zoho's cloud certificate on every plan, and from Standard with your own USB token or PFX file. Standard is $10 per user a month billed yearly ($12 monthly) for 25 envelopes per user a month, and its iPhone and iPad app averages 4.8 from about 870 ratings. It is second because the free plan stops at 5 envelopes a month and unlimited envelopes start at $16 per user billed yearly, against BoldSign's 25 free and $15. SMS delivery, ID checks, bulk send and integrations use credits bought on top, apart from 50 per user a month on Enterprise.

  3. Tercero: OpenSign

    Plan gratuito · desde $9.99/mes

Para: Anyone who wants to pay nothing, or to host it themselves

OpenSign's free cloud plan puts no cap on signatures or templates, with signing order, 14 field types and a sealed completion certificate for each signed file. The code is open source under the AGPL-3 license, and the self-hosted version is free too if you run the server yourself. Professional adds the API, webhooks and automatic reminders for $9.99 a month billed yearly ($29.99 monthly). It is third because it runs only in a browser, with a mobile app listed as coming soon, custom branding needs Enterprise, and free users get support only through GitHub issues and Discord.
