About ToolGPA
ToolGPA is a free directory of productivity software that grades every tool the way a school report grades a pupil: five subjects, a letter for each with the reason written beside it, and a GPA that averages them. Prices, plans and platforms are read from each vendor’s own pages and dated, so a reader can see how fresh every figure is and where it came from.
Beside the grades it keeps a dated record of price changes, compares App Store prices across countries, charts what each tool costs against what it scores, says whether a tool is worth keeping or simple enough to make yourself, and sets out each tool’s refund rules and support. Every tool also has a free Insider’s Guide to download and pass on.

Who reads it
People choosing software for themselves or a small team: to-do lists, notes, calendars, project tools, AI assistants, password managers and the rest of the productivity stack. They come with a decision to make, usually between a few named tools, and want to know what each really costs and what they would give up.

- Put a grade badge or a value chart on your own site; each comes with the code to paste.

Anything more, such as republishing our grades in bulk, needs our permission first; the terms of service say exactly what is allowed.
Working with us
Vendors. If you make a tool we list, you can claim its listing for free, send corrections and see how its page is doing. A vendor account never lets anyone change a review or a grade.
Affiliate programs. ToolGPA adds affiliate links to vendors’ websites and may earn a commission from them. If you run a program, we would like to hear about it.
Sponsorships. We take sponsors: labelled spots on category and comparison pages, sponsored sections in guides, and mentions in what we publish. Sponsored space is marked as such, and it never buys or changes a grade, a review or a ranking.
Partners and press. For sponsorships, partner programs, interviews, data or anything else, write to aditi@toolgpa.com. How the site makes money, and how paid placements are labelled, is on the disclosure page.
