Does the badge change when the grade changes?

Yes. The picture is served from this site, so it shows the current GPA within a day of a review being updated. A badge cannot be frozen at an older, higher grade.

What if I think a grade is wrong?

Each of the five grades has its reason beside it on the tool's page. If a fact behind one is wrong or out of date, tell us which, and we will check it against your own pages and correct the review if it is.

My tool has no review yet. How do I get one?

Tools are reviewed in order of how widely they are used. Claiming your listing and keeping its facts current is the most useful thing you can do before then.
