Freelo
Simple task and project management with time and cost reports

What is Freelo?
Freelo is a Czech task and project management app for teams and freelancers. Projects hold to-do lists and tasks with assignees, deadlines and a discussion thread, shown as rows, kanban columns, a calendar or a timeline. Time tracking with hour and cost reports is part of every plan, and the Business plan adds free guest accounts for clients, an API and connections for AI assistants.
Freelo has a free plan. Paid plans start at €10 per user / month, billed monthly (Lite; 14% off paid annually). See every plan
Good for
- Small teams and freelancers who bring clients in as guests
- Teams that report hours and costs per task and project
- Czech-speaking teams that want support in their own language
Worth knowing
- Prices are in euros and exclude VAT. The Business per-user price depends on team size: a single license is €49 a month, paid annually.
- The Free plan allows 3 active projects, 3 invited users and 500 MB, and Lite stops at 9 users.
- Timeline (Gantt), task dependencies, custom fields, the API and AI integration all need Business or Premium.
- There is no native desktop app; the help center describes installing the web app as a PWA instead.
