What is Fibery?

Fibery is a modular work platform in which a team defines its own databases, such as tasks, features or contacts, and links them to one another. The same data can be shown as tables, boards, timelines, Gantt charts and other views, alongside collaborative documents and whiteboards. Templates cover setups for product teams, software development, agencies and startups.

Fibery has a free plan. Paid plans start at $12 per user / month, billed annually. See every plan

Good for

  • Teams that want to model their own process rather than adopt a fixed one
  • Small teams: the Free plan covers up to 10 users with unlimited entities
  • Product teams linking customer feedback to items in a backlog
  • Workspaces with many read-only colleagues, since observers and guests are free

Worth knowing

  • The Free plan is capped at 10 users, 10 guests, 10 databases and 1 GB of files, and includes no AI credits.
  • Automation runs, integration syncs and AI credits are metered each month on every plan below Enterprise.
  • SAML SSO, SCIM and data residency outside the EU are Enterprise only, and Enterprise requires at least 25 paid users.
  • The download page lists macOS and Windows desktop apps but no Linux app.

Key features

Connected databases
A workspace is built from databases that can be related to one another, including across Spaces, with formulas and lookup fields. The Free plan allows 10 databases with unlimited entities.
Many views of the same data
Data can be shown as a table, board, list, calendar, timeline, Gantt chart, gallery, map, feed or form. Gantt views are marked private only on the Free and Standard plans.
Documents and whiteboards
Collaborative documents are part of every plan. Whiteboards are private only on Free and can be shared from the Standard plan.
Automations
Buttons and rules run actions without code, including external ones such as sending a Slack message. Runs are metered monthly below Enterprise, and JavaScript actions need Pro.
Fibery AI
Paid plans include monthly AI credits per seat for answering questions, working with data and configuring the workspace, plus audio and video transcription. A remote MCP server is on every plan.
Synced integrations
Data from tools such as Jira, Zendesk and GitHub syncs continuously into Fibery databases. Free allows 1 integration, and two-way sync with Jira is on Pro and Enterprise.
