Who each one suits

Fibery

  • Teams that want to model their own process rather than adopt a fixed one
  • Small teams: the Free plan covers up to 10 users with unlimited entities
  • Product teams linking customer feedback to items in a backlog
  • Workspaces with many read-only colleagues, since observers and guests are free

Infinity

  • Teams that want to design their own structure of boards, folders and tabs
  • Larger teams that prefer one flat price to per-user billing
  • Agencies that want to offer clients a white-labeled workspace

Worth knowing

Fibery

  • The Free plan is capped at 10 users, 10 guests, 10 databases and 1 GB of files, and includes no AI credits.
  • Automation runs, integration syncs and AI credits are metered each month on every plan below Enterprise.
  • SAML SSO, SCIM and data residency outside the EU are Enterprise only, and Enterprise requires at least 25 paid users.
  • The download page lists macOS and Windows desktop apps but no Linux app.

Infinity

  • No free plan or free trial is listed; purchases come with a 14-day money-back guarantee instead.
  • Basic and Pro stop at 15 members, so larger teams have to move to the flat-rate Unlimited plan.
  • Gantt, chart and form views, formula fields and recurring items are not in Basic.
  • Basic, Pro and Unlimited include a single workspace; the help center says more workspaces mean buying an additional plan.

Key features

Fibery

Connected databases
A workspace is built from databases that can be related to one another, including across Spaces, with formulas and lookup fields. The Free plan allows 10 databases with unlimited entities.
Many views of the same data
Data can be shown as a table, board, list, calendar, timeline, Gantt chart, gallery, map, feed or form. Gantt views are marked private only on the Free and Standard plans.
Documents and whiteboards
Collaborative documents are part of every plan. Whiteboards are private only on Free and can be shared from the Standard plan.
Automations
Buttons and rules run actions without code, including external ones such as sending a Slack message. Runs are metered monthly below Enterprise, and JavaScript actions need Pro.
Fibery AI
Paid plans include monthly AI credits per seat for answering questions, working with data and configuring the workspace, plus audio and video transcription. A remote MCP server is on every plan.
Synced integrations
Data from tools such as Jira, Zendesk and GitHub syncs continuously into Fibery databases. Free allows 1 integration, and two-way sync with Jira is on Pro and Enterprise.

Infinity

Eight views of the same data
Items can be shown as a table, columns, list, calendar, document, Gantt chart, chart or form. Gantt, chart and form views are part of Pro and the flat-rate plans.
Six-level structure
Work is organized into workspaces, boards, folders and subfolders, tabs, items and sub-items, with unlimited boards, folders, tabs and items on every plan.
Custom attributes
Items carry attributes such as labels, dates, members, checklists, references, progress bars, votes and time tracking. Formula, rating and custom ID attributes need Pro.
Automations
Rules cover reminders, sending email, form submissions, webhooks and IFTTT-style actions. Basic allows 25 automations per board and Pro 100; recurring items need Pro.
Infinity AI
The built-in AI generates tasks, project structures and ideas from a prompt, so a rough idea can be turned into an organized board.
Flat-rate and white-label plans
Unlimited covers any number of members for a fixed monthly price. Agency adds five workspaces, white labeling with a custom domain and a license to resell.
