Corrections
Where the vendor changed nothing and our listing was wrong. We list these too.
Free trialFree trials of Families, Teams and Enterprise, length not stated14-day free trial of Families, Teams and Enterprise
Bitwarden changed nothing. Our listing said the trial length was not stated; the sign-up pages its pricing page links to give 14 days for each of the three plans.
Shown on bitwarden.comLimited-time 30% off the annual planWithdrawn: $33.50 per year, described as 30% off
The homepage no longer shows the $33.50 annual offer our listing carried from October 5. No archived copy from that week exists, so we cannot show when or whether BlockSite withdrew it.
Shown on blocksite.coMonthly Subscription$3.99 to $19.99 per month$3.99 to $14.99 per month
Our listing counted a $19.99 in-app purchase named BlockSite Premium as a monthly amount. The US App Store labels four monthly amounts, the highest $14.99, and gives no period for that item.
Shown on apps.apple.comUp to 40% off for students, faculty and US cliniciansStudents: 1 year free, then 40% off until graduationStudents: 40% off for 12 months
Consensus's own pricing summary now gives students 40% off for 12 months. We could not tell whether the terms changed or our earlier reading was wrong, so this is recorded as a correction.
Shown on consensus.appGoogle AI Plus (2 TB)New: $9.99 per month
Our listing gave only the 400 GB level of Google AI Plus at $4.99. Google's help page says Plus comes with 400 GB or 2 TB, and a copy of Google One's US plans page from October 5 prices the 2 TB level.
Shown on web.archive.orgGoogle AI Pro (5 TB)New: $19.99 per month
Our listing left this plan out. The copy of Google One's US plans page from October 4, which the listing already cited, shows it at this price, so nothing changed on Google's side.
Shown on web.archive.orgGoogle AI Plus (400 GB)New: $4.99 per month
Our listing carried only the 2 TB level of Google AI Plus at $9.99. Google's help page says Plus is sold with 400 GB or 2 TB, and its US Gemini plans page prices the 400 GB level.
Shown on gemini.googleFree trial3 days on the monthly plan, 14 days on the annual plan3 days on the monthly plan, 1 week on the annual plan (US App Store)
Our listing took the trial lengths from the vendor's site, which still says 14 days on annual. The US App Store, where the membership is sold and our prices are read, offers 1 week free on the annual plan.
Shown on apps.apple.comSuperGrok$30.00 per month, the period taken from Wikipedia$30.00 on the US App Store, which also lists a $300.00 SuperGrok item; billing periods not shown
The price is unchanged; our listing took the monthly period from Wikipedia. Grok's App Store listing shows $30.00 and $300.00 for SuperGrok without periods.
Shown on apps.apple.comFree plan3 videos a month of up to 1 minute each1 to 3 videos a month depending on region, up to 1 minute each, and 1 voice clone
Our listing gave only the pricing page's 3 videos a month; HeyGen's help centre says the free quota is 1 to 3 depending on region, and both pages list 1 voice clone on Free, which we had left out.
Shown on help.heygen.comBusiness5 custom video avatars10 custom video avatar slots by default, or 5 for some accounts
The pricing page shows 5 custom video avatars on Business, as our listing did; the help centre says 10 by default and 5 for some accounts depending on sign-up date and region.
Shown on help.heygen.comFree trialNew: 14-day free trial of the paid sales tools
Our listing said there was no trial. HubSpot's sales product page offers a 14-day free trial of its sales tools, and a copy of that page from October 3 already showed it.
Shown on hubspot.comMaxUnlimited basic and advanced model queriesSlows to 100 queries a day after 1,600 advanced and 12,000 basic queries a month
The pricing page calls Max unlimited and our listing repeated it. Monica's credit rules, dated January 2, 2026, put monthly figures behind the word, and we had not read them.
Shown on monica.imUltraUnlimited basic and advanced model queriesSlows to 100 queries a day after 1,600 advanced and 12,000 basic queries a month
The pricing page calls Ultra unlimited and our listing repeated it. Monica's credit rules, dated January 2, 2026, give it the same monthly figures as Max, and we had not read them.
Shown on monica.imFree trialNew: A trial period capped at 100 advanced queries; length not stated
Our listing said there was no trial. Monica's help center answers a question about its trial period, which we had missed; the pricing page itself shows no trial.

Our listing carried $24 for Growth. Archived US copies of the pricing page from 13 September and 5 October 2026 both show today's figure, so the vendor changed nothing; our listing was wrong.
Shown on web.archive.orgPremium$49 per seat / month, billed annually ($64 billed monthly)$59 per seat / month, billed annually ($79 billed monthly)
Our listing carried $49 for Premium. Archived US copies of the pricing page from 13 September and 5 October 2026 both show today's figure, so the vendor changed nothing; our listing was wrong.
Shown on web.archive.orgUltimate$69 per seat / month, billed annually ($89 billed monthly)$79 per seat / month, billed annually ($99 billed monthly)
Our listing carried $69 for Ultimate. Archived US copies of the pricing page from 13 September and 5 October 2026 both show today's figure, so the vendor changed nothing; our listing was wrong.
Shown on web.archive.orgLite$14 per seat / month, billed annually ($19 billed monthly)$14 per seat / month, billed annually ($24 billed monthly)
Our listing carried $19 for Lite billed monthly; the yearly price was right. Archived US copies of the pricing page from 13 September and 5 October 2026 both show today's figure, so the vendor changed nothing; our listing was wrong.
Shown on web.archive.orgFree planVault sharing listed as a Pass Plus feature onlyVaults can be shared with 2 others (10 others on paid plans)
Our listing took sharing from the plan cards, where only Pass Plus mentions it; the comparison table on the same page gives Proton Free vault sharing with 2 others. We could not read an archive copy, so this is recorded as our misreading and not as a change by Proton.
Shown on proton.me33% off the first year for new usersNew: Premium $19.90 and Family $31.95 for the first year, then $29.88 and $47.75 a year
RoboForm's price data marks a first-year sale for new personal customers. We could not tell whether it began after our reading of October 5 or was missed then, so it is recorded as a correction. List prices are unchanged.
Shown on roboform.comFree trialNew: Free trial of Strides Plus; length not shown
Our listing said there was no trial. The US App Store listing marks the Strides Plus subscription with a free trial, and we cannot tell when that was added, so this is recorded as our miss.
Shown on apps.apple.comGrowth$18 per user / month, billed annually, shown against a crossed-out $26$18 per user / month for dictation, or $26 with unlimited Notetaker, billed annually
Our listing read the $26 as a crossed-out price; it is what Growth costs with unlimited Notetaker switched on, and the archived page from October 5 shows the same two prices.
Shown on web.archive.orgFree trialNew: 14-day Flow Pro trial, no credit card, when you create or join a team
Our listing said there was no trial; Wispr's help centre describes a standard 14-day Flow Pro trial for people who create or join a team, and nothing says it is new.
Shown on docs.wisprflow.aiFull Notetaker access free through October 31New: Full Notetaker access for a team at no extra cost through October 31
Our listing left this promotion out; the archived pricing page from October 5 already carries it, so it did not start after we last read the page.

The pricing page still lists Basic with all features, but Workflowy's help pages say AI Nodes and AI Actions require Pro; our listing had not read those pages.
Shown on workflowy.comFree Pro for university faculty and studentsFree Pro for life for faculty; Pro for their invited students while they studyFree Pro for life for faculty and for students who apply; Pro for invited students while they study
The education page gives Pro for life to students who apply themselves as well as to faculty; our listing mentioned only students invited by a faculty member.
Shown on workflowy.comPay-per-task billingExtra tasks at 1.25x the base rate on annual plans and 2.5x on monthly plansA higher per-task rate set by plan and billing cycle; no multiplier is published
Our listing gave fixed multipliers for tasks beyond the plan limit. The pricing page, and its archive copy from October 4, 2026, state only a higher per-task rate, so the listing was wrong and Zapier changed nothing in between.
Shown on web.archive.orgFree trialNew: Free trial of Workplace Pro through the iOS app; length not stated
Our listing said Zoom had no trial. Its App Store listing offers the Workplace Pro subscriptions with a free trial, which we had not recorded; the web pricing page still shows none.

How this record is kept
- How does a change get onto this page?
- Each listing is read again from the vendor's own pricing page. When a price, a plan, a free plan, a trial or a discount differs from what we recorded, the listing is updated and the difference is written here with the page that shows it. A date marked Effective is the vendor's own; a date marked Noticed is the day we read it.
- Where do changes from earlier years come from?
- From the copies of each vendor's pricing page that the Internet Archive keeps. We read one copy a year and record where a plan's price differs from the copy before. Such a line is dated By: the day of the first archived copy that shows the new price. The change itself happened some time between that copy and the one before, which the line names, and it links to the archived page.
- How do you know the vendor changed the price, and you did not get it wrong the first time?
- A line counts as a change only when the vendor announces it or an archived copy of its page shows the old figure. When our earlier reading was simply wrong, it is listed under Corrections instead, with what was wrong.
- Can a change be listed before it happens?
- Yes, when the vendor has announced it with a date. The tool's own page keeps the current price until that day.
- Is this every price change in software?
- No. It covers the tools listed on ToolGPA, and a change appears once we have re-read that listing. App Store prices are compared by a script in 12 countries each time it runs, so those are caught without anyone reading a page.
