Our top three email signature tools

Exclaimer comes first because every plan adds signatures on the server or in Outlook and Gmail, from $0.90 a user, though it bills 10 users at least. Newoldstamp is second for teams under 10, priced by the signature with central deployment at every size. WiseStamp is third as the free option for one person on Gmail or Outlook.com. Letsignit narrowly missed: its first plan, $2 a user, costs more than any of Exclaimer's, and it is sold yearly only. Opensense targets banners at CRM deals but starts at $500 a month.

  1. First: Exclaimer

    Free trial · from $0.90/mo

For: Companies of 10 or more on Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace

Exclaimer runs signatures for every mailbox from one web portal and, on every plan, adds them on the server as mail leaves, phones included, or in Outlook and Gmail as people type. Details sync from Entra ID or Google Directory, and disclaimers go on every email. Starter is $0.90 a user a month billed yearly. Know the limits: licensing has a 10-user minimum, so the floor is $9 a month; Starter gives the whole company one template and one banner; reports, CRM targeting and HR sync need Pro at $1.75; and there is no free plan, only a 14-day trial.

  2. Second: Newoldstamp

    Free plan · from $54/yr

For: Teams under 10 people, and single senders

Newoldstamp has one paid plan priced by how many signatures you need: $54 a year for one, $109 for 5 and $219 for 10, each with department designs, banners, clicks and impressions by department, and deployment through Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 or Exchange. A free generator makes a simple signature with Newoldstamp branding. It is second because from 10 people it costs more than Exclaimer, its listing names no server-side option for mail sent from phones, prices are yearly only, the 7-day trial won't let you use what you build, and signatures stop working when the subscription ends.

  3. Third: WiseStamp

    Free plan · from $9/mo

For: One person who wants a free signature on Gmail or Outlook.com

WiseStamp's free plan gives one person one signature on personal webmail such as Gmail or Outlook.com, on the standard template with a WiseStamp line under it. It installs through a Chrome extension, an Outlook add-in or desktop apps for Mac and Windows, and company plans sync staff from Google Workspace or Microsoft Entra. It is third because the free plan won't work on a company domain, Pro+ is $9 a month billed yearly for one person, banners start on Grow at $49 plus $1 a person, server-side signatures need Platform at $189 plus seats, and its pricing FAQ says there is no free version while its help centre describes one.

Common questions

What are the best email signature tools?

As of Oct 24, 2026, ToolGPA ranks Exclaimer first (for: companies of 10 or more on Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace), Newoldstamp second (for: teams under 10 people, and single senders), WiseStamp third (for: one person who wants a free signature on Gmail or Outlook.com).

How does ToolGPA rank email signature tools?

From what each tool's own pages show (price, free plan, platforms, features and limits) and from what people say about it in public reviews and discussions. Not from our own testing. First place goes to the tool that suits the most people, and second and third to the best choices for the readers it leaves out.
