Email signatures, disclaimers and autoreplies for Microsoft 365
CodeTwo report card
Fair · out of 4.0 · graded Oct 23, 2026
Best for signatures and autoreplies across Microsoft 365
CodeTwo handles signatures, disclaimers and out-of-office replies for a Microsoft 365 company, on mail sent from any device. It's built for Microsoft 365 alone, there's no free plan, and we couldn't confirm a price because its site turned our reader away.
Who CodeTwo is for
- Fits if your company is on Microsoft 365 and wants signatures on mail sent from phones
- Works for IT teams that also set company-wide out-of-office replies
Who CodeTwo is not for
- Skip it if you're on Google Workspace, which its product page doesn't mention
- Not for you if you want a free plan, as there's only the 14-day trial
- Watch out: we couldn't confirm a price, because CodeTwo's site turned our reader away with a bot check
- Watch out: it's managed in a browser console, with no app beyond the Outlook add-in
Why CodeTwo gets a 2.0
Five grades, each with its reason. The GPA is their average: an A is 4 points, an F is none.
- CValue for moneyNo price is on record. CodeTwo's pricing page turned our reader away with a bot check, so the listing holds no figure to set against this category's middle of $2.33 a month, and a tool with no price we could read sits at C.
- CFree plan and trialNo free plan, only a 14-day trial with no credit card needed.
- CFeaturesCloud and Outlook signatures, Entra ID rules, company-wide autoreplies, banner campaigns and one-click surveys. It does that job fully, but only for Microsoft 365: its product page doesn't mention Google Workspace.
- CEase of useNo app store rating on record. An admin sets it up in a browser console and rolls the Outlook add-in out from the Microsoft 365 admin center, with rules built on Entra ID fields.
- CPlatforms and integrationsMicrosoft 365 only: a browser console plus an Outlook add-in that runs on Windows, Mac, the web, iOS and Android. Outside Microsoft, the connections on record are Calendly and Google Analytics.
What these grades rest on. Graded from this listing, whose facts were read from CodeTwo's own pages on 23 October 2026. Its pricing page turned our reader away with a bot check on 23 October 2026, so no price is on record. Not based on using the product, and shorter than our full reviews. How we review and grade.

Keep CodeTwo, or make your own?
Your call
You could make the core of CodeTwo for yourself: email signature, templates and surveys.
What you would give up is listed below. Whether that is worth the price is your call.
What you could make
- Email signature, templates and surveys: an app builder makes these well.
- It runs in a browser, which is where something home-made would run too.
What you could not
- It plugs into other products, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft Outlook among them.
What this rests on. CodeTwo’s listing: what it does, where it runs, what it plugs into and what it costs. It is a judgement about the kind of software this is. We have not built a replacement for it, and making your own means looking after it too. How we decide, and every tool’s verdict.
What is CodeTwo?
CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 is a cloud service that manages signatures, legal disclaimers and out-of-office replies for every user in a Microsoft 365 organization. Signatures can be added in the cloud after a message is sent, so they appear on mail from any device, or in Outlook as people type through an add-in. Details come from Microsoft Entra ID, and the same editor runs banner campaigns and one-click surveys.
Worth knowing
- CodeTwo's website turned our reader away with a bot check, so its prices could not be confirmed from page text.
- The service is built for Microsoft 365; its product page does not mention Google Workspace.
- There is no free plan, only the 14-day trial.
- Management happens in a browser console; there is no separate desktop or mobile app beyond the Outlook add-in.
Key features
- Cloud and Outlook signatures
- Signatures are added in the cloud after sending, so mail from any client or phone gets one, or by an Outlook add-in as people type. Either mode or both can be used.
- Outlook add-in deployed centrally
- The Outlook add-in, which runs in Outlook on Windows, Mac, the web, iOS and Android, is rolled out from the Microsoft 365 admin center with no install by staff.
- Entra ID placeholders and rules
- Signatures pull names, titles and photos from Microsoft Entra ID, and rules pick a signature by sender, recipient or user attributes.
- Organization-wide autoreplies
- Sets company-wide automatic replies and out-of-office messages from the same browser console.
- Campaigns and surveys
- Schedule marketing banners with tagged links for web analytics, and add one-click customer satisfaction surveys to signatures.
- Data kept in Azure regions
- Mail is relayed through Azure-hosted services, and settings can be kept in a chosen Azure region; CodeTwo says it does not store emails.
