Newoldstamp review (2026): is the free plan enough?
Email signatures priced by the number of signatures, with banners
Our verdict
Second of our top three email signature tools
For: Teams under 10 people, and single senders
Newoldstamp has one paid plan priced by how many signatures you need: $54 a year for one, $109 for 5 and $219 for 10, each with department designs, banners, clicks and impressions by department, and deployment through Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 or Exchange. A free generator makes a simple signature with Newoldstamp branding. It is second because from 10 people it costs more than Exclaimer, its listing names no server-side option for mail sent from phones, prices are yearly only, the 7-day trial won't let you use what you build, and signatures stop working when the subscription ends.

Best for small teams paying by the signature

Who Newoldstamp is for
- Fits if you need a handful of branded signatures and are happy to pay for a year up front
- Works for teams on Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 or Exchange that schedule banners by department
Who Newoldstamp is not for
- Not for you if you want to pay monthly, as the pricing page only shows yearly prices
- Tight if you're staying free, because you get simple templates and Newoldstamp branding on the signature
- Watch out: during the 7-day trial you can build signatures but not use them until you pay
- Watch out: signatures stop working when the subscription expires or the account is deleted
- Watch out: the slider stops at 200 signatures, and beyond that the price is a quote from sales
Why Newoldstamp gets a 2.6
Five grades, each with its reason. The GPA is their average: an A is 4 points, an F is none.
- BValue for moneyOne signature is $54 a year, $4.50 a month, but five are $109 a year, about $1.82 a head a month, inside this category's cheaper quarter at $2.00. Ten are $219. Every paid step has the same features.
- CFree plan and trialThe free generator gives simple templates and basic options, with Newoldstamp branding on the signature. The 7-day trial opens every feature, but you can't use the signatures you make until you pay.
- BFeaturesTemplates, separate designs per department managed from one dashboard, deployment through Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 or Exchange, scheduled banners and clicks and impressions by department. Nothing in the job is missing from the listing.
- CEase of useNo app store rating on record. You design from templates, then connect Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 or Exchange to push signatures out, or send colleagues a link to fill in their own.
- BPlatforms and integrationsWeb only, with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Exchange, HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp, Pipedrive and SendGrid. No desktop or phone app.

Keep Newoldstamp, or make your own?
Keep it
The plain part of Newoldstamp you could make: email signature, templates and reports. What surrounds it you could not. The 3 things listed below take a company, not a weekend.
It is one of the better ones too: its GPA of 2.6 is higher than 7 of the 9 other email signature tools we grade. It costs $54 a year.
What you could make
- Email signature, templates and reports: an app builder makes these well.
What you could not
- It plugs into other products, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Exchange among them.
- Sharing with other people, which means accounts and invitations.
- The depth: we grade its features B, which means it covers the whole job.
What this rests on. Newoldstamp’s listing: what it does, where it runs, what it plugs into and what it costs. It is a judgement about the kind of software this is. We have not built a replacement for it, and making your own means looking after it too. How we decide, and every tool’s verdict.
