Key features
Fibery
- Connected databases
- A workspace is built from databases that can be related to one another, including across Spaces, with formulas and lookup fields. The Free plan allows 10 databases with unlimited entities.
- Many views of the same data
- Data can be shown as a table, board, list, calendar, timeline, Gantt chart, gallery, map, feed or form. Gantt views are marked private only on the Free and Standard plans.
- Documents and whiteboards
- Collaborative documents are part of every plan. Whiteboards are private only on Free and can be shared from the Standard plan.
- Automations
- Buttons and rules run actions without code, including external ones such as sending a Slack message. Runs are metered monthly below Enterprise, and JavaScript actions need Pro.
- Fibery AI
- Paid plans include monthly AI credits per seat for answering questions, working with data and configuring the workspace, plus audio and video transcription. A remote MCP server is on every plan.
- Synced integrations
- Data from tools such as Jira, Zendesk and GitHub syncs continuously into Fibery databases. Free allows 1 integration, and two-way sync with Jira is on Pro and Enterprise.
Jira
- Boards, lists, timeline and calendar
- Projects are broken down into work items that can be tracked on boards, in lists, on a timeline or on a calendar.
- Customizable workflows
- Each team can define its own workflow of statuses and steps and connect it to the other tools in its stack.
- Bug and issue tracking
- Teams log bugs as work items and follow them through to resolution, with connections to code hosts such as Bitbucket and GitHub.
- Automation
- Rule-based automation is metered in steps: 150 per subscription on Free, 400 per user a month on Standard and 750 on Premium.
- Plans and goals
- Plans connect work across several teams, and goals tie work items to wider priorities. Advanced planning is part of Premium and Enterprise.
- Rovo AI and Marketplace apps
- Rovo AI helps with reporting, automations and routine project work. The Atlassian Marketplace lists more than 3,000 integrations.
