Webrex adds structured data to a Shopify store, and the free plan already writes product schema for every variant along with brand, breadcrumb and blog markup. It does schema only, though: review stars and FAQ markup need $9.99 a month, error fixes need $29.99, and meta tags and audits are separate Webrex apps.
