ABC Trainerize is a coaching app first: trainers build workouts, habits and meal plans that clients follow on their phones, with messaging and video. As booking software it falls short, since appointments and classes need the $25-a-month Business add-on on Grow and Pro, the free plan covers one client, and the price climbs with every client you add.

- Fits if you coach clients on workouts and meals and want them following your plan in an app
- Works for gyms that want programs, booking and a branded app together on a Studio plan
