Best for a first CRM for a small business
Bigin is Zoho's small CRM for businesses moving off spreadsheets. Everything is a pipeline, whether that's sales or onboarding, and it comes with a built-in phone, web forms, booking pages and automations. Paid plans start at $7 a user, which is about as cheap as this gets. The free edition is for one person and 500 records, and every plan has caps you may grow out of.
