Very good · out of 4.0 · graded Oct 9, 2026
Best for sales teams that live in Outlook and Teams
If your company runs on Outlook, Teams and Excel, this is the CRM that already speaks the language. It does forecasting, custom apps through Power Platform and, on the higher plans, Copilot and sales agents. But it starts at $65 a user, paid yearly, with no free plan, and that entry plan leaves Copilot out altogether.
Who Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales is for
- Great if your company is standardised on Microsoft 365, Outlook and Teams
- Handy when you want Copilot and AI agents working inside the CRM
- Good for companies that need to bend the CRM to their own process with Power Platform
Who Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales is not for
- Pricey if you're a small team, at $65 a user paid yearly for the plan without Copilot
- Skip it if you want to pay month by month, as every listed price is paid yearly
- Not for you if you don't run on Microsoft, because nearly every listed integration is Microsoft's own
Why Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales gets a 3.0
Five grades, each with its reason. The GPA is their average: an A is 4 points, an F is none.
- CValue for moneySales Professional is $65 a user a month, paid yearly, when paid CRMs here start at about $23 in the middle. And that plan has limited customising and no Copilot. The AI starts on Enterprise at $105, and Premium is $150.
- CFree plan and trialNo free plan at all. You get a 30-day trial, which is longer than most CRMs give, but our listing can't say whether it asks for a card.
- AFeaturesSales force automation, forecasting, dashboards, Copilot that drafts emails and sums up deals, prebuilt agents that qualify leads, and custom apps through Power Platform. Deep, in other words. Just know Copilot and custom apps skip the Professional plan.
- BEase of use4.3 from about 850 App Store ratings, which only just makes a B. It's tied closely to Outlook and Teams, which helps if that's where your team already works. Agents run on Copilot Credits, and extra credits are bought through Azure.
- APlatforms and integrationsWeb, iPhone and Android, with the phone app included on every plan. It plugs into Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, Excel, Power Platform and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Notice that list is nearly all Microsoft, mind.
