Work 4-on-4-off, nights one week and days the next? Supershift is built for exactly that: set your rotation once and it fills in up to two years of shifts. Most of it is free with no account, and Pro is only $9.99 a year. It lives on phones and tablets though, so there's no web or desktop version to open at work.
