Reassign
Circular 24-hour day planner with calendar sync and Claude planning

Reassign report card
Good · out of 4.0 · graded Oct 9, 2026
Best for seeing your whole day on a 24-hour dial
Reassign draws your day as a clock face, midnight at the top and noon at the bottom, and you drag blocks onto the ring around your meetings. It syncs both ways with Google Calendar, Outlook and Todoist, and Claude can move things about for you. There's no free plan, though, and no native app: it lives in your browser.
Who Reassign is for
- Great if you think in pictures and want the whole day in one glance
- Handy when your meetings sit in both Google Calendar and Outlook
- A treat if you already use Claude and want it to replan your afternoon
Who Reassign is not for
- Skip it if your events live in Apple Calendar, which isn't supported yet
- Not for you if you want a free plan, because after 7 days it's subscribe or stop
- Not for you if you want a native phone app or offline use, as it needs a browser and a connection
Why Reassign gets a 2.8
Five grades, each with its reason. The GPA is their average: an A is 4 points, an F is none.
- BValue for moneyOne plan with everything in it: $10 a month billed yearly ($120), or $14 month to month. That's a little above the middle for planners, which sits around $8, but nothing is held back for a dearer tier.
- CFree plan and trialNo free plan. You get a 7-day trial of every feature with no card and no automatic charge, which is the fair way to do it. After that you have to subscribe to keep planning, though your data is kept.
- BFeaturesThe dial, two-way sync with seven calendar and task tools, shifting everything after a block, Ask AI from text, voice or a photo of a paper list, and focus intervals. Strong stuff. But Apple Calendar, shared calendars and ICS feeds are still on the roadmap.
- BEase of useNo App Store rating on record, so a B is our ceiling. Drag on the ring to make a block, and that's most of it. It does need an internet connection to save your changes.
- BPlatforms and integrationsIt's a web app with a Chrome extension, and you can add it to your phone's home screen. The site lists no native apps. It connects to Google Calendar, Outlook, Todoist, Linear and TickTick, and it's an MCP server, so Claude can read and change your day.

Reassign is a browser-based day planner that draws the whole day on one 24-hour dial, with midnight at the top and noon at the bottom. Blocks are dragged onto the ring, colored by area of life and reshaped as plans change, next to events and tasks synced from tools such as Google Calendar, Outlook and Todoist. It is also an MCP server, so Claude can read the schedule and move blocks on request.
Reassign is a paid product with a free trial, starting at $10 per month, billed yearly ($120). See every plan
Good for
- Visual thinkers who want to see a whole day at a glance
- People planning around meetings from several calendars
- Claude users who want an assistant to replan their day
Worth knowing
- There is no free plan: after the 7-day trial a subscription is required to use the planner, though the data is kept.
- It runs in a browser on phone or desktop with home-screen installation; the site lists no native apps.
- An internet connection is required to save changes.
- Apple Calendar, shared calendars and ICS feeds are listed as roadmap items that are not available yet.
Key features
- 24-hour dial
- The whole day is drawn on one round face, midnight at the top and noon at the bottom. Dragging on the ring creates a block, which can then be moved, resized and colored by area.
- Two-way calendar and task sync
- Syncs with Google Calendar, Outlook, Todoist, Google Tasks, Microsoft To Do, Linear and TickTick. Meetings and timed tasks appear on the dial, and unscheduled tasks wait in an Inbox.
- Reschedule and shift
- Sliding a block can shift everything after it, several blocks can be selected and moved together, and recurring events come back on their own.
- Ask AI and Claude over MCP
- Ask AI changes the day from typed or spoken requests or a photo of a paper list. As an MCP server, Reassign lets Claude read the schedule and write changes that can be undone for 30 minutes.
- Focus intervals and microtasks
- A block can be split into a focus-and-break rhythm and worked on a screen that shows one block, or broken into an ordered checklist of microtasks.
- Chrome extension
- Shows the live dial on every new tab and sends the page being read to today's plan or the Inbox from a popup, a right-click or the address bar.
