Part 01 · Overview

Welcome

What it is, who it suits, its grades and the ten things to know first

2.4

GPA, above 17 of the 69 other daily planner apps we grade

Reassign is a browser-based day planner that draws the whole day on one 24-hour dial, with midnight at the top and noon at the bottom. Blocks are dragged onto the ring, colored by area of life and reshaped as plans change, next to events and tasks synced from tools such as Google Calendar, Outlook and Todoist. It is also an MCP server, so Claude can read the schedule and move blocks on request.

To get you started, here are 9 things to know about Reassign, taken from its own pages and our grades.

It syncs both ways with Google Calendar, Outlook and Todoist, and Claude can move things for you.
From our report card of Reassign
  1. 1

Best for seeing your whole day on a 24-hour dial

Reassign draws your day as a clock face, midnight at the top and noon at the bottom, and you drag blocks onto the ring around your meetings.

  2. 2

Paid plans start at $10 a month

As its pricing page puts it: $10 per month, billed yearly ($120).

Web, with a browser extension too.

  5. 5

    24-hour dial

The whole day is drawn on one round face, midnight at the top and noon at the bottom. Dragging on the ring creates a block, which can then be moved, resized and colored by area.

  6. 6

    Two-way calendar and task sync

Syncs with Google Calendar, Outlook, Todoist, Google Tasks, Microsoft To Do, Linear and TickTick. Meetings and timed tasks appear on the dial, and unscheduled tasks wait in an Inbox.

  7. 7

    Reschedule and shift

Sliding a block can shift everything after it, several blocks can be selected and moved together, and recurring events come back on their own.

  8. 8

The report card

Best for seeing your whole day on a 24-hour dial

Reassign draws your day as a clock face, midnight at the top and noon at the bottom, and you drag blocks onto the ring around your meetings. It syncs both ways with Google Calendar, Outlook and Todoist, and Claude can move things for you. But there's no free plan after the 7-day trial, it runs only in a browser and needs a connection, and Apple Calendar isn't supported yet.

ToolGPA report cardReassignGraded Oct 10, 2026
SubjectGradeComment
Value for moneyCOne plan with everything in it: $10 a month billed yearly ($120), or $14 month to month. The dearer quarter of this category starts at $10, so that's the top of the ordinary range, with the monthly rate past it. Nothing is held back for a dearer tier, at least.
Free plan and trialCNo free plan. You get a 7-day trial of every feature with no card and no automatic charge. After that you have to subscribe to keep planning, though your data is kept.
FeaturesBIt covers the job: the dial, two-way sync with seven calendar and task tools, sliding a block to shift everything after it, Ask AI from text, voice or a photo of a paper list, focus intervals and microtasks. Apple Calendar, shared calendars and ICS feeds are still roadmap items.
Ease of useCNo store rating on record, and the planner only comes alive once you've connected calendars and task tools. You drag on the ring to make a block. It does need an internet connection to save your changes.
Platforms and integrationsBA web app with a Chrome extension that you can add to your phone's home screen, with no native apps on the site. It connects to Google Calendar, Outlook, Todoist, Linear and TickTick, and it's an MCP server, so Claude can read and change your day.
Grade point averageFair, out of 4.02.4

An A is worth 4 points, a B 3, a C 2, a D 1 and an F nothing. The GPA is the average of the five.

Who Reassign is for

  • Fits if you want the whole day drawn as one dial
  • Works for people whose meetings sit in both Google Calendar and Outlook

Who it is not for

  • Skip it if your events live in Apple Calendar, which isn't supported yet, nor are shared calendars or ICS feeds
  • Not for you if you want a free plan, because after 7 days it's subscribe or stop
  • Not for you if you want a native phone app or offline use, as it needs a browser and a connection
  • Pricey if you pay monthly, at $14 a month against $10 a month billed yearly ($120)

Good to know

Good for

  • Visual thinkers who want to see a whole day at a glance
  • People planning around meetings from several calendars
  • Claude users who want an assistant to replan their day

Worth knowing

  • There is no free plan: after the 7-day trial a subscription is required to use the planner, though the data is kept.
  • It runs in a browser on phone or desktop with home-screen installation; the site lists no native apps.
  • An internet connection is required to save changes.
  • Apple Calendar, shared calendars and ICS feeds are listed as roadmap items that are not available yet.

Keep it, or make your own?

Whether this is something you could build for yourself with an AI app builder, and what you would give up.

Keep it

The plain part of Reassign you could make: time blocking, calendar, tasks and natural-language input. What surrounds it you could not. The 3 things listed below take a company, not a weekend.

That makes this kind of software worth paying for, not this one in particular: 35 of the 69 other daily planner apps grade higher. It costs $120 a year.

What you could make

  • Time blocking, calendar, tasks and natural-language input: an app builder makes these well.

What you could not

  • It plugs into other products, Google Calendar, Outlook and Todoist among them.
  • AI features, unless you pay a model provider for each request yourself.
  • The depth: we grade its features B, which means it covers the whole job.

What this rests on. Reassign’s listing: what it does, where it runs, what it plugs into and what it costs. It is a judgement about the kind of software this is. We have not built a replacement for it, and making your own means looking after it too. How we decide, and every tool’s verdict.
