|---|---|---|
| Value for money | BPlus is $12.99 a month or $99.99 a year on the US App Store, so about $8.33 a month if you pay yearly. That's the middle of the pack for a planner. It buys the AI timing advice, your own categories, and no cap on Day Plans or goals. | BOne plan with everything in it: $10 a month billed yearly ($120), or $14 month to month. That's a little above the middle for planners, which sits around $8, but nothing is held back for a dearer tier. |
| Free plan and trial | BThe clock planner, seasonal goals, the My Moai friends group and Apple Health and Watch support are all free. But Day Plans and goals are capped on the free version, and Owaves doesn't say at how many. | CNo free plan. You get a 7-day trial of every feature with no card and no automatic charge, which is the fair way to do it. After that you have to subscribe to keep planning, though your data is kept. |
| Features | BA 24-hour clock view, Day Plans that repeat by weekday or season, goals, and Apple Health to compare the plan with what you really did. But your own categories are locked to Plus, and the FAQ says the iPad app has most, not all, of the iPhone's features. | BThe dial, two-way sync with seven calendar and task tools, shifting everything after a block, Ask AI from text, voice or a photo of a paper list, and focus intervals. Strong stuff. But Apple Calendar, shared calendars and ICS feeds are still on the roadmap. |
| Ease of use | A4.6 from about 1,800 App Store ratings. The whole day sits on one clock face, so you can see where sleep ends and work starts without reading a list. | BNo App Store rating on record, so a B is our ceiling. Drag on the ring to make a block, and that's most of it. It does need an internet connection to save your changes. |
| Platforms and integrations | DiPhone, iPad and Apple Watch only, which is really one operating system. Apple Health and your device's calendars sync in, and that's the lot. There's no Mac or web version, and Android is a waitlist with no release date. | BIt's a web app with a Chrome extension, and you can add it to your phone's home screen. The site lists no native apps. It connects to Google Calendar, Outlook, Todoist, Linear and TickTick, and it's an MCP server, so Claude can read and change your day. |
| Best for | seeing your whole day on a 24-hour clock | seeing your whole day on a 24-hour dial |

Reassign
- Visual thinkers who want to see a whole day at a glance

Worth knowing
Owaves
- It runs on iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch only: the vendor has no Mac or web version, and Android is a waitlist with no release date.
- Custom categories, unlimited Day Plans, unlimited goals and the AI recommendations need the Plus subscription.
- A Pro tier with one-on-one coaching was announced in 2025, but the US App Store lists prices for Plus only.
- The vendor's FAQ says the iPad app has most, but not all, iPhone features; My Moai was still being added.
Reassign
- There is no free plan: after the 7-day trial a subscription is required to use the planner, though the data is kept.
- It runs in a browser on phone or desktop with home-screen installation; the site lists no native apps.
- An internet connection is required to save changes.
- Apple Calendar, shared calendars and ICS feeds are listed as roadmap items that are not available yet.
Key features
Owaves
- My Clock
- A circular view shows all 24 hours of the day at once, with activities such as sleep, meals, exercise and work placed around the clock face.
- Day Plans
- A day's layout can be saved as a named Day Plan and set to repeat on chosen weekdays or seasons, then pinned or archived. Plus removes the limit on how many can be kept.
- BodyClock AI recommendations
- Plus gives daily time windows for deep sleep, deep work, peak fitness and eating, drawn from your chronotype, tracked activities and Apple Health data.
- My Goals
- Long-term goals are set season by season and collected into a vision board. Goals can also be shown on a home screen widget.
- My Moai
- A peer support group inside the app for adding friends and family, sharing progress and seeing each other's routines.
- Apple Health, Watch and calendar sync
- Apple Health supplies actual sleep and exercise to compare with the plan, the Apple Watch shows the day, and calendars on the device can be synced in.
Reassign
- 24-hour dial
- The whole day is drawn on one round face, midnight at the top and noon at the bottom. Dragging on the ring creates a block, which can then be moved, resized and colored by area.
- Two-way calendar and task sync
- Syncs with Google Calendar, Outlook, Todoist, Google Tasks, Microsoft To Do, Linear and TickTick. Meetings and timed tasks appear on the dial, and unscheduled tasks wait in an Inbox.
- Reschedule and shift
- Sliding a block can shift everything after it, several blocks can be selected and moved together, and recurring events come back on their own.
- Ask AI and Claude over MCP
- Ask AI changes the day from typed or spoken requests or a photo of a paper list. As an MCP server, Reassign lets Claude read the schedule and write changes that can be undone for 30 minutes.
- Focus intervals and microtasks
- A block can be split into a focus-and-break rhythm and worked on a screen that shows one block, or broken into an ordered checklist of microtasks.
- Chrome extension
- Shows the live dial on every new tab and sends the page being read to today's plan or the Inbox from a popup, a right-click or the address bar.
