| Value for money | BPlus is $12.99 a month or $99.99 a year on the US App Store, so about $8.33 a month if you pay yearly. That's the middle of the pack for a planner. It buys the AI timing advice, your own categories, and no cap on Day Plans or goals. | BThe app is free to install, and the premium licence is an in-app purchase. Google Play gives only a range, $2.99 to $49.99 per item, with no word on what each one covers or how it's billed. So we can't tell you what paying gets you. |
| Free plan and trial | BThe clock planner, seasonal goals, the My Moai friends group and Apple Health and Watch support are all free. But Day Plans and goals are capped on the free version, and Owaves doesn't say at how many. | BFree to download from Google Play, and you can plan with it. But neither the listing nor the help site says which features are kept back for the premium licence, so you'll find the edges as you go. |
| Features | BA 24-hour clock view, Day Plans that repeat by weekday or season, goals, and Apple Health to compare the plan with what you really did. But your own categories are locked to Plus, and the FAQ says the iPad app has most, not all, of the iPhone's features. | BIt does one thing and does it fully: blocks with start and end times, templates covering one or more days, a template calendar, reminders with their own sound and message, and charts of where your hours went. No tasks, by design, and the Schedule shows only 30 days ahead. |
| Ease of use | A4.6 from about 1,800 App Store ratings. The whole day sits on one clock face, so you can see where sleep ends and work starts without reading a list. | BThere's no App Store rating to go on, since it isn't on iPhone, so a B is our ceiling. Blocks and templates are simple ideas, and the help site has a basic guide to get you going. |
| Platforms and integrations | DiPhone, iPad and Apple Watch only, which is really one operating system. Apple Health and your device's calendars sync in, and that's the lot. There's no Mac or web version, and Android is a waitlist with no release date. | DAndroid only. The Play listing and the help site mention no iPhone, web or desktop version. It does link to Google Calendar, and it backs up to Google Drive. |
| Best for | seeing your whole day on a 24-hour clock | repeating routines on an Android phone |

Worth knowing
Owaves
- It runs on iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch only: the vendor has no Mac or web version, and Android is a waitlist with no release date.
- Custom categories, unlimited Day Plans, unlimited goals and the AI recommendations need the Plus subscription.
- A Pro tier with one-on-one coaching was announced in 2025, but the US App Store lists prices for Plus only.
- The vendor's FAQ says the iPad app has most, but not all, iPhone features; My Moai was still being added.
TimeTune
- The Google Play listing and help site describe an Android app. They mention no iOS, web or desktop version.
- The vendor's FAQ says TimeTune is neither a calendar app nor a to-do app: it manages time, not tasks.
- The Schedule section shows only 30 days ahead, although blocks and templates can be planned for any date.
- Premium pricing is published only as a Google Play range of $2.99 to $49.99 per item, without a list of what each purchase covers.
Key features
Owaves

- A circular view shows all 24 hours of the day at once, with activities such as sleep, meals, exercise and work placed around the clock face.
- Day Plans
- A day's layout can be saved as a named Day Plan and set to repeat on chosen weekdays or seasons, then pinned or archived. Plus removes the limit on how many can be kept.
- BodyClock AI recommendations
- Plus gives daily time windows for deep sleep, deep work, peak fitness and eating, drawn from your chronotype, tracked activities and Apple Health data.
- My Goals
- Long-term goals are set season by season and collected into a vision board. Goals can also be shown on a home screen widget.
- My Moai
- A peer support group inside the app for adding friends and family, sharing progress and seeing each other's routines.
- Apple Health, Watch and calendar sync
- Apple Health supplies actual sleep and exercise to compare with the plan, the Apple Watch shows the day, and calendars on the device can be synced in.
TimeTune
- Time blocks
- Each block has a start time, an end time and one or more activities. The Schedule section shows upcoming blocks and past history.
- Templates
- A template is a group of blocks covering one or more days that can be applied to the schedule in one step. A day planned by hand can also be saved as a template.
- Template calendar
- Shows which templates will be used on upcoming dates, and is the place to apply or remove templates for a single date.
- Statistics
- Charts show how time is actually spread across activities, with a filter by activity, to help spot where hours go.
- Custom reminders
- Reminders can be set per block and customized individually with their own vibration, sound, voice and message.
- Time tracking and backup
- Each activity has a Play button for tracking time as it is spent. Data can be backed up to and restored from Google Drive.
