How we grade them
| 2.8GPAReassignGood | 3.4GPATiimoVery good | |
|---|---|---|
| Value for money | BOne plan with everything in it: $10 a month billed yearly ($120), or $14 month to month. That's a little above the middle for planners, which sits around $8, but nothing is held back for a dearer tier. | BThe US App Store lists Pro purchases from $7.00 to $54.00 without showing which are monthly and which are yearly, and Tiimo publishes no price list. If the low figures are months, that's about typical for a planner. We can't call it better than that. |
| Free plan and trial | CNo free plan. You get a 7-day trial of every feature with no card and no automatic charge, which is the fair way to do it. After that you have to subscribe to keep planning, though your data is kept. | BFree on iPhone and Android, with the basic planner, to-do list, focus timer and 1 profile. But AI chats are limited, the web planner isn't included, and calendar integration is listed as Pro. The 7-day trial comes only with the yearly subscription. |
| Features | BThe dial, two-way sync with seven calendar and task tools, shifting everything after a block, Ask AI from text, voice or a photo of a paper list, and focus intervals. Strong stuff. But Apple Calendar, shared calendars and ICS feeds are still on the roadmap. | AA drag-and-drop timeline with colours and icons, a to-do tab, a visual countdown timer, mood check-ins, and an AI Co-planner that breaks tasks into steps and guesses how long each takes. Calendars come in from Apple, Google and Outlook. The Co-planner isn't on Android, mind. |
| Ease of use | BNo App Store rating on record, so a B is our ceiling. Drag on the ring to make a block, and that's most of it. It does need an internet connection to save your changes. | B4.59 from about 20,600 App Store ratings, a whisker under our line for an A. You can type or just say what's on your mind and the Co-planner turns it into tasks, which is about as gentle a start as a planner gets. |
| Platforms and integrations | BIt's a web app with a Chrome extension, and you can add it to your phone's home screen. The site lists no native apps. It connects to Google Calendar, Outlook, Todoist, Linear and TickTick, and it's an MCP server, so Claude can read and change your day. | AiPhone, Android, Mac, Apple Watch and a web planner, with Apple, Google and Outlook calendars brought in. No Windows app. The Mac version needs macOS 15 and an M1 chip or later, and the web planner needs Pro. |

Key features
Reassign
- 24-hour dial
- The whole day is drawn on one round face, midnight at the top and noon at the bottom. Dragging on the ring creates a block, which can then be moved, resized and colored by area.
- Two-way calendar and task sync
- Syncs with Google Calendar, Outlook, Todoist, Google Tasks, Microsoft To Do, Linear and TickTick. Meetings and timed tasks appear on the dial, and unscheduled tasks wait in an Inbox.
- Reschedule and shift
- Sliding a block can shift everything after it, several blocks can be selected and moved together, and recurring events come back on their own.
- Ask AI and Claude over MCP
- Ask AI changes the day from typed or spoken requests or a photo of a paper list. As an MCP server, Reassign lets Claude read the schedule and write changes that can be undone for 30 minutes.
- Focus intervals and microtasks
- A block can be split into a focus-and-break rhythm and worked on a screen that shows one block, or broken into an ordered checklist of microtasks.
- Chrome extension
- Shows the live dial on every new tab and sends the page being read to today's plan or the Inbox from a popup, a right-click or the address bar.
Tiimo
- Visual timeline
- The day appears as a color-coded timeline with drag-and-drop tasks and custom colors and icons. The web planner adds daily, weekly and monthly views.
- AI Co-planner
- Type or speak what is on your mind and the Co-planner turns it into tasks, breaks them into steps and estimates how long each takes. Free accounts get limited AI chats.
- To-do list
- A to-do tab collects tasks that are not yet scheduled. They can be prioritized by hand or by AI suggestion, then dragged into the day.
- Focus timer
- A visual countdown for the current task. Timers and upcoming tasks also show in widgets, Live Activities and on Apple Watch.
- Calendar import
- Brings Apple, Google and Outlook calendars into the schedule, and the App Store listing also mentions Apple Reminders. Tiimo lists calendar integration as a Pro feature.
- Mood tracking and profiles
- Mood check-ins and daily reflections sit alongside the plan. Pro accounts can hold up to five profiles, for example one per family member.
