How we grade them

Value for money
BOne plan with everything in it: $10 a month billed yearly ($120), or $14 month to month. That's a little above the middle for planners, which sits around $8, but nothing is held back for a dearer tier.
A$3.99 once on iPhone and iPad, with no in-app purchases after that. A typical planner charges about $8 every month. On Android the app is free, with optional extras from $1.99 to $99.99 that the Play listing doesn't itemise.
Free plan and trial
CNo free plan. You get a 7-day trial of every feature with no card and no automatic charge, which is the fair way to do it. After that you have to subscribe to keep planning, though your data is kept.
BOn Android it's free to install, with the dial, a home screen widget and three widget themes. What the paid extras unlock isn't spelled out. On iPhone there's nothing free at all: it's $3.99 before you see it.
Features
BThe dial, two-way sync with seven calendar and task tools, shifting everything after a block, Ask AI from text, voice or a photo of a paper list, and focus intervals. Strong stuff. But Apple Calendar, shared calendars and ICS feeds are still on the roadmap.
BIt does one thing and does it fully: a 12 or 24-hour dial with countdowns, the gaps between events, a home screen widget and a Wear OS app. But it only shows what's already on your calendar, it isn't a to-do list, and Outlook support is still marked beta.
Ease of use
BNo App Store rating on record, so a B is our ceiling. Drag on the ring to make a block, and that's most of it. It does need an internet connection to save your changes.
BNo App Store rating on record, so a B is our ceiling. There's very little to set up, since it reads the calendars already on your phone. If you can read a clock, you can read this.
Platforms and integrations
BIt's a web app with a Chrome extension, and you can add it to your phone's home screen. The site lists no native apps. It connects to Google Calendar, Outlook, Todoist, Linear and TickTick, and it's an MCP server, so Claude can read and change your day.
CAndroid phones, iPhone and iPad, plus Wear OS watches on the Android side. That's it: no web or desktop version. It reads Google Calendar and your device's own calendars, with Outlook in beta.

Key features

Reassign

24-hour dial
The whole day is drawn on one round face, midnight at the top and noon at the bottom. Dragging on the ring creates a block, which can then be moved, resized and colored by area.
Two-way calendar and task sync
Syncs with Google Calendar, Outlook, Todoist, Google Tasks, Microsoft To Do, Linear and TickTick. Meetings and timed tasks appear on the dial, and unscheduled tasks wait in an Inbox.
Reschedule and shift
Sliding a block can shift everything after it, several blocks can be selected and moved together, and recurring events come back on their own.
Ask AI and Claude over MCP
Ask AI changes the day from typed or spoken requests or a photo of a paper list. As an MCP server, Reassign lets Claude read the schedule and write changes that can be undone for 30 minutes.
Focus intervals and microtasks
A block can be split into a focus-and-break rhythm and worked on a screen that shows one block, or broken into an ordered checklist of microtasks.
Chrome extension
Shows the live dial on every new tab and sends the page being read to today's plan or the Inbox from a popup, a right-click or the address bar.

Sectograph

Clock-face timeline
The day is drawn as a 12-hour dial, or 24-hour if you prefer, with each event placed at the hours it happens and sized to its duration.
Free time and countdowns
Sectograph calculates the gaps between events and the time from now until the next one, and updates the view as time passes.
Reads existing calendars
On Android it reads Google Calendar and the device's local calendars. Microsoft Outlook calendar support is labelled beta.
Home screen widget
A widget keeps the dial on the home screen, refreshing once a minute. Tapping a sector opens event details and quick actions.
Wear OS support
The Android version includes a watch app with an interactive widget, a tile, a large complication and a separately installed watch face.
Zoom and grid views
Options on Android include a 24-hour mode, zooming the dial to between 1 and 12 hours, and month and day grid views.
