- Master checklists and runs
- Starting a process copies a checklist into a new run with every step unchecked. The original stays as the master, so each day's run keeps its own record.
- Guest process links
- On Pro, a run can be sent as a link that lets someone without an account check off the steps. Their checks are saved as completed by Guest.

- Any checklist has a read-only link for viewing. A collaborator invited by email has an account and can edit the checklist itself.
