What is My Hours?

My Hours has a free plan. Paid plans start at $4 per user / month, billed annually ($5 billed monthly). See every plan

Good for

  • Small teams of up to 5 that want free project time tracking
  • Agencies and consultants billing clients by the hour
  • Teams that want timesheets without screenshots or monitoring

Worth knowing

  • The Free plan stops at 5 active users and has no API access, attendance report or bulk editing.
  • Budgets, rates per user or task, invoicing, timesheet approvals and Jira two-way sync all need Pro.
  • The desktop app is a progressive web app installed from Chrome, Edge or Safari, and it needs an internet connection.
  • There are no screenshot, GPS or activity monitoring features; the vendor says it will not add them.

Key features

Timer or timesheet entry
Start a stopwatch or fill in a daily or weekly timesheet. Each log can carry a description, attachments and expenses, and can be copied or restarted.
Clients, projects and tasks
Every plan allows unlimited projects, tasks and clients, with task templates and projects assigned to users. Assigning tasks to users needs Pro.
Billable rates and budgets
The Free and Basic plans set one billable rate per project. Pro adds rates per user or task, labor costs, profit and loss, and hour or cost budgets with email alerts.
Reports
Dashboard, detailed and timesheet reports can be filtered, downloaded as PDF and emailed. Scheduled reports, Excel exports and your own logo on PDFs need Pro.
Timesheet approvals
On Pro, managers approve or reject submitted timesheets, logs lock automatically after each period, and an audit log keeps 90 days of changes.
Invoicing and integrations
Pro creates invoices from billable time. Integrations import projects from Asana, Basecamp, monday.com and ClickUp, and pass invoices to QuickBooks or Xero.
