OttoKit
No-code workflow automation with AI agents and a WordPress plugin
OttoKit report card
Very good · out of 4.0 · graded Oct 9, 2026
Best for automating a WordPress or WooCommerce site
Run a WordPress or WooCommerce site? OttoKit, which used to be called SureTriggers, plugs straight into it and connects more than 1,500 other apps too. Pro is $9 a month billed annually for 5,000 tasks, which is cheap for this category. The snag is that branches, paths and API calls don't arrive until Business at $19.
Who OttoKit is for
- Great if you run a WordPress or WooCommerce site and want orders and plugins automated
- Handy when an agency wants each client's workflows kept in a separate workspace
- Good for people who'd rather pay once, with lifetime plans from $499
Who OttoKit is not for
- Tight if you're staying free, since schedules, filters and delays all need Pro
- Skip it if you need branching on the cheapest plan, because paths start on Business at $19 a month
- Tight if you're on Pro with lots of sites, as it allows 1 workspace and 5 WordPress connections
Why OttoKit gets a 3.4
Five grades, each with its reason. The GPA is their average: an A is 4 points, an F is none.
- AValue for moneyPro is $9 a month billed annually, or $12 monthly, for 5,000 tasks, unlimited workflows and AI Agents. That's well under what most automation tools start at. Business doubles the tasks for $19, and there are one-time lifetime plans from $499.
- BFree plan and trial250 tasks a month and 20 workflows for nothing is a decent start. But the Free plan has no schedules, filters, delays, loops or AI Agents, and keeps run history for 3 days. Simple workflows only, then.
- AFeaturesA drag-and-drop canvas, workflows drafted from a prompt, AI Agents, an MCP server on every plan, steps that wait for a person to approve, and built-in tables and forms. The WordPress plugin puts it all inside your site's admin area. Branches and paths need Business.
- BEase of useLay a workflow out on the canvas, describe it in a prompt, or import a ready-made recipe in one click. A failed run can be replayed from the history. There's no rating on record to go by, so a B.
- BPlatforms and integrationsA web app with a WordPress plugin, more than 1,500 app connections, and an MCP server that links it to tools such as Claude Desktop and Cursor. The listing shows no phone or desktop app.
What these grades rest on. Graded from this listing, whose facts were read from OttoKit's own pages on 5 October 2026. Its pricing page was too large to read through when we went back to it on 9 October, so the price could not be compared again. Not based on using the product, and shorter than our full reviews. OttoKit, previously known as SureTriggers, is a cloud automation platform that connects more than 1,500 apps and has especially deep ties to WordPress and WooCommerce through its own plugin. Workflows are built on a visual canvas or generated from a prompt, and can include AI agents and human approval steps. Built-in tables and forms store and collect the data workflows use.
OttoKit has a free plan. Paid plans start at $9 / month, billed annually ($12 billed monthly). See every plan
Good for
- WordPress and WooCommerce site owners automating plugins and orders
- Agencies that keep each client's workflows in a separate workspace
- Buyers who would pay once for lifetime access over a subscription
Worth knowing

- Branches, paths, API integration and Human in the Loop start on the Business plan, according to the comparison table.
- Run history is kept for 3 days on Free, 15 days on Pro and 30 days on Business and Business Plus.
- Pro is limited to 1 workspace and 5 WordPress connections.
Key features
- Visual workflow builder
- Multi-step workflows are laid out on a drag-and-drop canvas, or drafted from a written prompt. Schedules, filters, delays and loops start on Pro; branches and paths start on Business.
- AI Agents and MCP server
- Agents make decisions inside a workflow and act across connected apps. An MCP server, included on every plan, links OttoKit to AI tools such as Claude Desktop and Cursor.
- Human in the Loop
- A workflow can stop until a person reviews, edits or approves the next step. The plan comparison lists it from the Business plan up.
- WordPress plugin
- A connector plugin ties WordPress and WooCommerce sites to OttoKit, shows the OttoKit interface inside the WordPress admin area, and can automate actions between several sites.
- Tables and Forms
- Tables are a built-in database for leads, orders and other workflow data. Forms are public and write submissions straight into a table, with rows and form counts set by plan.
- Recipes, logs and replay
- Pre-built workflow templates, called recipes, import in one click. Every run is logged, and a failed run can be replayed from the history.
