What is Ryver?

Ryver puts group messaging, task management and voice and video calls in a single app. Conversations happen in forums, private teams and direct messages, with topics for threaded discussion, and a chat message can be converted into a task on a personal or team board. Plans for up to 30 users are a flat monthly price for the whole team instead of a per-seat fee.

Ryver is a paid product with a free trial, starting at $69 per month for up to 12 users. See every plan

Good for

  • Teams of up to 30 that prefer a flat monthly price to per-seat billing
  • Teams that want chat and task boards without paying for two tools
  • Teams moving from Slack or Trello, both of which Ryver can import from

Worth knowing

  • There is no free plan: after the 14-day trial the lowest tier is $69 a month for up to 12 users.
  • Voice and video calls are labeled beta and limited to 5 users per call.
  • Guests count toward a plan's user limit, which the feature list defines as members plus guests.
  • Single sign-on, premium support and advanced team management are limited to Enterprise.

Unlimited calls with up to 5 users per call, including screen sharing. Ryver labels the feature as beta.
Integrations, webhooks and API
Share files from Google Drive, Dropbox or Box, build inbound and outbound webhooks and bots, use the REST API, or connect other apps through a Zapier subscription.
