Good for
- People who want the same mail app on Mac, Windows, iPhone and Android
- Knowing whether a sent email was opened, and by which recipient
- Small teams that share a thread or a support@ address
Worth knowing
- The Free plan is limited to 2 email accounts, 15 read receipts a month, 3 templates and 20 AI actions a day.
- Shared inboxes need the Team plan, which has a 2-seat minimum and is offered through a Request Access button.
- There is no webmail: the web portal is for account and settings management only.
- A Linux build is linked from the homepage, but the pricing page lists apps for Mac, Windows, iPhone and Android only.
Key features
- Read receipts
- Sent emails are tracked without any extra step, with per-recipient open tracking. The Free plan includes 15 read receipts a month and Pro makes them unlimited.
- Snooze and send later
- Snooze takes an email out of the inbox until a time you choose and syncs across devices. Send Later schedules a message to arrive at a set time.
- Shared threads
- Share a whole conversation with teammates, comment privately beside it and let authorized people reply from your address, with an activity log. Creating shared threads needs Pro.
- Newton AI
- The Today view triages the inbox by priority and Compose helps write emails. Usage is capped at 20 AI actions a day on the Free plan and 200 on Pro.
- Connected apps and MCP server
- Save an email to Todoist, Evernote, OneNote, Trello or Asana in one click, and use the MCP server to search, read, draft and schedule email from Claude and other AI assistants.
- One inbox for Gmail, Outlook and IMAP
- Works with Gmail and Google Workspace, Outlook and Microsoft 365, and IMAP accounts such as iCloud, Yahoo and Fastmail, with full-text search across every account at once.
