It is third because it does one part of SEO, with no keyword research, backlink or competitor data, and runs only on a self-hosted WordPress site or WordPress.com's Business plan.

Best for SEO settings inside WordPress
Rank Math puts titles, meta tags, schema, sitemaps, redirects and on-page checks right inside the WordPress editor, and the free plugin does most of it. PRO is €8.99 a month at renewal, billed yearly, and adds rank tracking from Search Console. It's WordPress only, though, and it won't help with keyword research or backlinks.
