GoodTask is a task manager for iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple Watch and Apple Vision Pro that works on the reminders and calendar events already stored in Apple Reminders and Calendar. It adds Smart Lists, day, week and month views, kanban-style boards, a daily planning page and reusable Quick Actions on top of that data. The iOS app has a 14-day trial followed by a one-time unlock or an optional yearly subscription, and the Mac app is a separate one-time purchase.

- Tasks break into subtasks and repeat on flexible schedules, and groups of tasks can be saved as Templates for routines such as a weekly review.
