Quick Note is a sticky note that hangs off your Mac's menu bar. Hit a shortcut, a note appears on top of whatever you're doing, and there's nothing to name or save. Good for the phone number you need for the next ten minutes. You can try it for 30 days with up to 6 notes, and after that it's $12.99 once. It's Apple only.
