Documo, launched as mFax in 2017, is a cloud fax service built mainly for healthcare. Faxes are sent and received in a browser, by email, from a printer or an analog fax machine connector, and through a REST API, with a signed BAA on every plan. Add-ons sort, read and route incoming faxes with AI and connect them to electronic health records.
