Yandex Webmaster checks a site against about 40 technical parameters, tracks indexing, shows the searches you appear for and hands you a to-do list of fixes, for free. But it only covers Yandex, you have to verify the site first, query monitoring is still a beta, and the API needs an authorized Yandex account.
