SpeedVitals runs page speed tests on up to 30 devices from up to 35 locations, checks time to first byte from 40+ places and includes real-user monitoring on every plan. But there's no free trial, refunds only cover 3 days and under 20% of credits used, test credits reset weekly, and the API waits for Pro at $83 a month billed yearly.
