Earlier it announced a $100 million Series A in March 2025, and SiliconANGLE reported a $60 million seed led by Lanchi Ventures in June 2024. TechCrunch put the Series B at $485 million and total funding at $645 million in July 2026.

TechCrunch reported the figure in July 2026 when it listed Genspark among the year's new unicorns; MainFunc's own site still gives the earlier $1.25 billion valuation from the November 2025 round.
